Stress Management
Jonne Marie teaches various stress management techniques
including Yoga and meditation. She is available for
teaching introductory and advanced classes for small
groups as well as conducting private sessions.
The introductory class on meditation and stress management
helps students develop real skills and techniques to
calm and balance their lives.
Classes may include gentle movement, breathing practices,
quiet meditation, guided visualization and introduce
other creative tools for relieving stress and developoing
an enjoyable practice.
