Yoga



Many times the combination of stress and physical discomfort keep us from exercise.
Gentle yoga classes are based on the needs of the individual, sharing gentle movement and energization exercises to revitalize and renew.

Classes can range from moderate hatha flow yoga, to restorative poses and guided meditation, all known to support our relaxation responses and overall wellness.

Jonne Marie is registered yoga teacher with additional certifications in restorative yoga, silver age senior yoga, breath and energy work. She is a member of the Yoga Alliance and the International Yoga Therapists Association.
